Parenting guidance that meets you where you are

We help families all over the country solve behavior problems, make sustainable changes, and find an approach to parenting that actually works.

Picky Eating

As feeding therapists, we couldn't be with families/picky eaters with real-time support at every meal - so we created a program where we could be! We love helping children and families before they reach the point where therapy is needed. We look at feeding with a big picture lens - prioritizing short term goals & long term wellbeing.

Biting and Hitting

And other tricky behaviors at home or school. We work with families to understand where their child's behavior is stemming from and identify what's the best approach for their caregivers to take.

Struggles with Listening

If you feel like the parenting tools in your toolbox just aren't working - guess what? You're not alone. We work with the most evidence based understanding of human development to help families approach discipline with consistency, connection, and collaboration.

Intentional Routines

Maybe you're stuck in a screen time rut, or feel like getting out of the house starts every day off with stress and frustration? We love working with families to create strategic systems that support their individual goals.

and so much more

no cookie cutter advice for your one-of-a-kind family
just customized, practical solutions

I’ve been describing your program this way: You want to learn how to play golf. There is a big difference between reading a book about golf and working with a golf pro. Both are helpful, but the book only provides knowledge in the abstract. The pro is working with you on your game, addressing your specific needs. We are so grateful for your efforts on our behalf. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. -Ross, New Orleans dad of 2

How it Works

1

Before getting started, we offer a free 15 minute consultation with parents to identify priorities and challenges and make sure our services are appropriate. If it sounds like a different form of therapy or support would better serve you, we'll do our best to make a referral.

Ripple Child Development
We feel so confident in our plan for our son. Our stress levels are very low now. The plan and the tools you gave us are also so beautiful because they aren’t overly time consuming or overwhelming. They won’t run our lives or make our son feel like there’s something wrong with him that he needs to fix.

  • How much is the consult call?
    100% free!
  • How long is the parent coaching program?
Our standard program is 6 weeks. Depending on the complexity of a situation, some families choose to work with us for longer.
  • Do we work with both of you throughout the program?
We do your initial household assessment together, and then one of us (Rebecca or Nicole) is assigned as your “primary coach” based on your family needs. We collaborate on all of our families to come up with creative solutions.
  • How much does it cost?
Our 6 week parent coaching program is $599 and can be split into two payments. There is the option to add on additional services (such as professional collaboration) as needed.
  • Can we work with you instead of going to speech/occupational therapy?
Our model provides invaluable education for parents; we do not provide direct therapy services for your child. While we do not replace any therapy service, many families have found that by making some small changes at home, their need for additional services decreases. There are times where we still recommend therapy services in conjunction to or following our services; however, the foundation established at home through working with us makes the efficacy of therapeutic strategies that much more impactful.
  • Are your services virtual or in person?
Our parent coaching program is fully virtual. We use Zoom and an App called My Coach by Coach Catalyst for communication.
  • I have a pretty busy schedule, what is the time commitment?
You will be scheduling one, 1- hour Initial Family Assessment, and a 30 minute check in every other week (3 total). We try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible, and schedule our virtual meetings at times that work for your family.
  • If we have upcoming travel, should we wait to work with you until we are back home?
Actually, most families find it incredibly valuable to have our support DURING their travel!

Ready to make some changes?

But in a low-stress, not overwhelming kind of way....
